SPA POLICIES:
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you may fill out a client profile to prepare for your service. Feel free to arrive as early as you like to enjoy our relaxation room before your service.
Children
Guests must be at least 12 years of age to receive spa services. No children unless they are having spa services.
Confirmation Policy
A spa coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment.
Credit Card
A credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Etiquette
In order that Back In Touch Day Spa may provide all clients with the very best of care, please respect these policies while in the spa:
- Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume.
- Please turn all cell phones and pagers off.
- Please secure all valuables, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be used towards all products and services. Gift certificates are transferable, but not refundable. Expired gift certificates will not be honored since there is a 6 month expiration date on all certificates
Late Arrivals
All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible.
Return Policy
Unused product in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS
Each appointment is specially reserved for you. 24 hours notice for all cancellations/rescheduling will be required.
Failure to cancel appointment will result in charges due in full for service scheduled. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in charges of 50% of services booked.
This policy also applies to gift card holders.

RESERVATIONS
We will ask for a major credit card to reserve all appointments with the duration of two hours or longer. Nothing will be charged to your account until services are rendered or fee may be charged to your account for failure to cancel/reschedule within the appropriate amount of time.
